We only accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for products that are unused and in brand new condition with the tags still attached. We do not accept returns for any used items.
We are only able to accept returns for items purchased either directly through our website, azwaji.com/us, or in a Fjällräven Retail store. If you purchased through a third party retailer, please contact them directly for return information.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange any item(s) from your order, you will want to process a normal return for a refund and place a new order for the correct item(s).
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return arrives back at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for the credit to appear back on your statement.
